Coverage includes complementary medicine, palliative care, and some allied health disciplines. AMED indexes over 500 journals, the majority of which are in English. Many of these journals are not indexed in any other biomedical database. AMED is the online equivalent to the Complimentary Medicine Index. Coverage is from 1985 to the present.
